As a Senior Project Manager at HintTech you are responsible for usually complex and challenging projects for interesting clients. This means bearing responsibility for the organisational aspects of challenging projects and for their successful development and implementation. You are also responsible for customer satisfaction, for coaching project staff and for account management at management level. The challenge for the Project Manager is to complete the project on time and within budget, and to the customer's complete satisfaction. You are proactive, results-driven and you dare to make decisions in difficult situations. As a Project Manager you feel at home in complex IT processes and you have an affinity with internet technology and information security. You are able to supervise and coach a development team. You have a sharp eye for commercial opportunities and you expand your activities in existing customer relationships. You have a feel for changing conditions and you know how to take advantage of them. You are able to manage stakeholders in diverse organisations, even if politics plays a clear role. As a Project Manager you have a strong personality with excellent communication and social skills and you know how to use them to get the best possible performance out of the team. You recognise business opportunities in the customer's company and pass on these leads internally to the right people in the Sales department. You work independently or together with Sales to draw up tenders. As a Project Manager you focus on quality, customer satisfaction and on fulfilling agreements.

We are looking for you if you:

• Are a good discussion partner for the customer and your colleagues and also enjoy working in a team. I short, you are the central point of contact.
• Possess the capacity and drive to perform under high time pressure if necessary.
• Possess the skills needed to keep the peace in a project and in the team.
• Are capable of bearing the responsibility for different projects / customers at the same time.
• Have experience of managing fixed price, fixed date projects.
• Have an affinity with system architectures such as Microsoft .Net and/or J2EE.
• Possess a higher vocational / graduate level of working and thinking.
• Have a knowledge of Prince 2, IPMA and RUP project methodologies.
• Have at least three years' demonstrable experience of project management.
• Are practical and customer-oriented.
• Have a hands-on attitude.
• Are a skilled communicator in both writing and speech.
• Have a good command of written and spoken Dutch and English.
• Hold a class B driving licence.
• Thanks to your practical attitude and creativity, you are able to bring each project to a successful conclusion.
