Vacancy for experienced Project Managers

As a Project Manager at HintTech you are responsible for mainly complex and challenging projects with interesting clients. This means responsibility for customer satisfaction, coaching project staff and account management at management level.

The challenge for the Project Manager is to complete the project on time, within budget and deadline and to the customer's complete satisfaction. You are proactive, results-oriented and you dare to make decisions in difficult situations. As an experienced project manager you feel at home with complex IT processes and you have an affinity with Internet technology and Information Security. You are capable of managing and coaching a development team.

You have a feel for changing environments and you are able to respond accordingly. You have the ability to manage stakeholders in different organisations, even when politics play a clear role. You have a strong personality with outstanding communication and social skills and you know how to use them to get optimum performance from the team.

Your profile:

• Completed IT education at higher vocational / university level
• At least 3 years' demonstrable experience with Project Management
• Knowledge of project methodologies: Prince2, IPMA and RUP
• Affinity with system architectures such as Microsoft .Net™ and/or J2EE™
• Strong communication skills, both in speech and writing
• Practical and customer-oriented
• Holder of a driving licence
• utch speaker and good command of spoken and written English
