Sustainable management

HintTech strives for a positive impact on the enviroment. To achieve this, HintTech supports various social initiatives, such as KIKA and the No-Yellow-Beans foundation.
HintTech is aware of its social responsibilities and tries to minimise the environmental foorprint as much as possible. To achieve this, HintTech implemented environmental guidelines in its corporate policy. This has resulted in various 'green' efforts such as driving eco-friendly vehicles. The HintTech headquarters meets the European Directive for energy performance of buildings. The Dutch office was awarded with an A-class energy label.

Our Corporate Values

HintTech has defined a number of Corporate Values. These values form the guideline when making choices, determine the context for the way in which we do business and are used to evaluate behaviour. For instance, everyone knows what HintTech stands for and what we can and want to be called to account for. These values apply to all HintTech employees.

The success of HintTech customers, employees, business partners and shareholders has a big impact on the success and growth of the HintTech company. That is why HintTech constantly works within the specified limits to develop mutually beneficial relationships in continual dialogue with HintTech's environment and interest groups.

That makes respect for people the cornerstone of our company. HintTech's training policy, HintTech's employees' involvement in policy, personal development plans and a competitive remuneration policy give our vision in this area concrete expression.
