Strong Market Position For New Company Consortium In The Field Of Content Technology And Online Applications

Delft, 26 October – Content technology specialist HintTech announces that as of 1 November it is taking a majority shareholding in Dayon, a full service ICT company in the field of content strategy and technology, formerly known by the name of Daidalos. HintTech has already acquired Crossing Channels, a consultancy specialising in concepting, user experience and front-end development. In addition to the takeover of Dayon, HintTech will also be entering into a strategic collaborative alliance with full service internet consultancy Liones. The result is a consortium of companies under the name of HintTech Group which will assume a strong position in the field of content technology and online applications.

Like HintTech, Dayon focuses on content technology. By joining forces with HintTech, Dayon gains a very strong partner and direct access to important new markets. Dayon can also take advantage of HintTech's expertise and the offshoring facility which HintTech has in Serbia. On HintTech's part, taking the holding in Dayon represents another significant step on the road to achieving its growth objective.

Strong market position

HintTech already started working towards this growth objective earlier this year by acquiring Crossing Channels. With the acquisition of Crossing Channels, HintTech strengthened its position in the health care sector, the financial market, the marketing world and the government sector. Besides the acquisition of Dayon, HintTech is also entering into a strategic partnership with Liones, a full service internet consultancy based in Rijswijk. The result of the two acquisitions and the collaborative alliance is a consortium of companies offering all the expertise needed to successfully design, implement and integrate online applications and systems.
