15 January 2009 - IT service provider, HintTech, is moving to a new, 1860 meters squared location in the Delft Tech Park in Delft, the Netherlands. The move signifies a new growth phase for the company. Over the past five years HintTech grew an impressive 625%. In 2009 the company expects to grow 20% despite the current economic environment.
HintTech, a specialist in the area of eBusiness Technology and IT projects, currently employs over 120 people and has outgrown its prior headquarters on the Rotterdamseweg in Delft. “We were sitting really very close together. This was cozy, but, after a while you want to move on,” says Director Patrick Dekker. The new building, which has both flexible work places as well as fixed work stations, is set to better suit the new phase HintTech is about to enter.
“We want to continue growing. We have good prospects for 2009 and are targeting 20% growth,” says Dekker. HintTech guarantees to deliver its projects in time and on budget. Customers can judge HintTech on its results. “It’s not about empty sloganeering as practiced by many companies, HintTech really offers a time and price guarantee in the form of an actual reference card. Projects often are delayed through unclear planning, unrealistic expectations and faulty communication. These three factors can not be seen in isolation. Faulty communiction leads to unclear planning, which then leads to unrealistic expectations. We are able to overcome these difficulties,” says Dekker.
This way of working is bearing fruit: in the past year among others Malmberg, SUSA, ING and Pluimen were added to its customer list, which already sports names like Sandd, Essent, VROM en KLM. As a result, the service provider does not fear the recession. Says Dekker, “We are good at recessions. In 2001, a period that was fatal for many young companies, we accomplished a growth of over 10%. During a Recession you can show better what you’re made of.”
