Project Management

Besides experienced project managers, HintTech also employs quality control managers, delivery managers, testers and architects. We have knowledge groups for each competency in which current market developments are monitored and discussed. Each competency group is headed by a senior colleague who has earned his/her spurs in that specific discipline. He or she shares his/her enthusiasm for the subject with colleagues, with priority being given to the acquisition of new knowledge and sharing of experiences and issues.

Our project managers have extensive experience of managing IT projects. The project managers use proven methods to meet your business requirements and deliver the agreed upon products on time and within budget. We agree on factors such as budget, methodology, corporate wide support and time-frame. The agreed upon aspects of the project are documented and signed-off by the client. If required we can include quality control and testing as part of the project.

Competences

Programme management

The HintTech programme manager is a experienced project manager who can also function well at the strategic level. By programme management we mean: “Managing several related projects”. To achieve corporate objectives, it is not always possible to include several objectives or end products in a single project. HintTech programme managers keep the ultimate strategic goal in mind when making decisions that transcend project boundaries.

IT Service Managers

HintTech IT service managers are concerned with Process Management. They are certified in at least ITIL Service Management, but also possess knowledge of ASL, BiSL and other frameworks that currently apply within this discipline. For HintTech, Service Management involves more than just introducing a process-oriented approach. We are happy to help you choose the most appropriate best practices, the most relevant processes and the most suitable way of setting these up for your organisation.

Architects

HintTech offers architects in all disciplines within the scope of our service. They will gladly help you to work out how to handle the issues involved in preparing your IT services for the future, for an investment that makes sense in your current situation.

Interim Management

Management on an interim basis in the widest sense of the term. The HintTech Projects interim managers concentrate primarily on large and medium-sized enterprises. Our managers possess a wealth of experience in the areas of organisation culture, change management and leadership and have already earned their spurs in a host of organisations. HintTech's interim managers can draw on an extensive knowledge network. They provide your IT organisation with temporary management and translate your corporate strategy into IT objectives.
