The GrIB Software products offer you systematic support during implementation, auditing, reporting, management and creating awareness of the standard.

No matter which standard or law you are concerned with, a systematic approach is required to implement and guarantee a working set of measures / standards. You can use the GrIB Software when you are about to start implementation, but if you are already certified, for example, the GrIB Software products also provide support for the management, auditing and reporting process.

Standard-independent

In principle the GrIB Software is standard-independent. The software includes an import module that allows you to import any standard. This means that, in addition to the aforementioned standards, you can also manage your own standard with the software.

Functionalities of GrIB Software

The GrIB Software gives you support throughout the entire process of Gap Analysis, Implementation, Auditing and Reporting. The GrIB Software is delivered with the following modules:

Gap Analysis

With this module you can find out very quickly to what extent your organisation already complies with the standard and what steps you still need to take to comply with it. The gap analysis provides different reporting options for both management and executives.

Implementation

This module puts a set of efficient Project Management functionalities at your disposal. Examples of the functions offered by the introduction module include planning summaries, a calendar of activities and progress reports.

Depending on the standard / baseline chosen, your whole organisation can be affected. This means that many employees will have to carry out actions to implement the standard. You define your organisation with its employees in GrIB Software; doing this allows you to assign (specific) measures to employees. You can see at a glance from the summary who needs to implement which measure now, and what its status is. The employees only get access to the measures for which they are responsible.

Audit

GrIB Compliance software provides auditing functionalities that allow you to carry out a quick and easy audit (together with the auditor) of the structure, existence and operation of the baseline / standard.

Reports

The GrIB Compliance software includes a report generator. This lets you generate reports for both management and project staff, at any level of abstraction you require.
