Our way of working

HintTech uses the “Rational Unified Process (RUP)” system development method. RUP features a thorough description of disciplines such as requirements and business modelling that provide guidelines for a structured and successful system development process. RUP offers both the HintTech engineer and the HintTech project manager a concrete, detailed description of the development process by means of extensive tooling and templates.

The whole approach is based on modern techniques such as UML, object orientation and tools like IBM Rational Requisite Pro and Rose. RUP is also a supplement to existing project management methods, such as Prince2 and IPMA, and besides generic project management tools for this, it also offers specific knowledge in the area of system development processes. After the project has ended, we remain a reliable information source for any questions that may arise when the software is brought into use.

We develop our custom applications based on Java architecture or .Net architecture. Both are flexible, stable and widely usable in virtually every IT environment.
