Customer oriented

Your objective is central to the choice of project methodology. In many cases our customers do not yet know exactly which solution will be the most suitable for their problem. Generally the desired end result is known, but the actual functional way in which it will be implemented takes shape during the project. HintTech can play an advisory role here. If the functional specifications are known, HintTech chooses a project approach that focuses on implementation.

We are happy to help our customers to describe the functional and technical specifications during a consultancy process. The time and budget can then be determined for the implementation process. This approach has proved successful in previous projects.

HintTech aims to build a long-term relationship with its customers. A HintTech account manager will work with the customer to survey the current and expected developments. This allows HintTech to contribute ideas proactively for solutions, with well-targeted advice and a suitable proposal for execution.
