Every employee is required to complete a personal development plan, in consultation with his/her HintTech line manager. This plan contains a number of specific elements, such as personal goals, preferences and aspirations, development direction and an action plan.
HintTech uses the “People Relationship Management (PRM)” method for its HRM policy. This method has proved its worth extensively within the organisation. 90 percent of the workforce has Prince 2 certification. In 2008 all project managers will be IPMA certified.
The HintTech specialists have frequent contact with both software suppliers of commercial and open source applications and customers which develop packages further themselves.
Our employees have a strong need for self-development. They are encouraged in this by various means such as in-house or external training, forums and study trips. HintTech's Tridion, .Net™ and Java™ specialists have frequent contact with the software suppliers' developers and architects to enable them to develop both themselves and the different software packages further.
