Culture
HintTech is a "techies' company" in all respects, where we put great emphasis on developing expertise, skill sets and general knowledge such as leadership, social skills, etc. To combine our strengths we work with expertise centres completely managed by HintTech specialists. In this way the specialists can easily support each other during projects and training courses. We also organise informal workshops and training sessions where the HintTech employees can learn from each other's experiences. While enjoying a pizza and a pint of beer, of course!
Open culture
HintTech has an open culture. Because the HintTech organisation is relatively flat, it is easy for people to communicate with one another. The atmosphere is open and informal. To strengthen the HintTech feeling, both the company and the employees themselves organise all sorts of non-work-related activities that people can generally take part in voluntarily.
HintTech is a company that the HintTech specialists are proud of. Together, the HintTech specialists are building a company where they greatly enjoy working, and one that offers them enough scope to develop their talents to the full.
Vision
A specialist has to make choices. So HintTech concentrates on working out the practical details of good ideas. We have made choices on the technical front. HintTech only works with innovative and proven technologies such as Java™, .Net™ and XML, in combination with top-class packages such as IBM WebSphere, Tridion and Unix/Linux.
