HintTech can supervise the technical details of a project from start to finish. But we can also step in to help with existing projects. If you want, we can carry out an audit on projects in execution or projects that have already been completed. We will gladly supply a senior specialist to lead a team that will work out the practical details of your concept. And if the project calls for it, we are also very good at finding partners who, together with us, can offer even wider expertise.
HintTech is happy to put its knowledge and experience at your disposal for occasional advice, contract staff or on a project basis. We can transfer our knowledge to you; if you want, you can carry on building on the solutions we offer you by yourself. Depending on the nature of the project, we work at the customer's premises or from our offices in Delft.

HintTech has various centres of expertise whose purpose is to share and further develop knowledge and expertise. In collaboration with HintTech partners such as Tridion, Microsoft and IBM, HintTech has set up expertise centres that not only contribute to the development of our partners' software packages by participating in pre-release projects, but also to the general development of our specialists and of the expertise centre in general. In this way experience acquired during different projects for different customers is shared efficiently with the right people among the software supplier's developers. The specialists of the expertise centres meet once a month.
Each HintTech employee is asked to complete a personal development plan, in consultation with his/her HintTech line manager. This plan contains a number of specific elements, such as personal goals, preferences and aspirations, direction of development and an action plan.
HintTech uses the “People Relationship Management (PRM)” method for its HRM policy. This method has now proved its value widely within the HintTech organisation. 90% of the workforce is certified in Prince 2. In 2006 all project managers will be IPMA certified.
HintTech's specialists have frequent contact, individually and through the centres of expertise, with both suppliers of commercial and open source software applications and customers that develop packages further themselves.
HintTech specialists have a strong need for self-development. They are encouraged to do this in various ways, such as in-house or external training, forums, study trips, etc.
HintTech's Tridion, .Net™ and Java™ specialists maintain frequent contact with the software suppliers' developers and architects to develop both themselves and the various software packages further.
